This was my first year getting a few photography awards, and it's good to end a year with a great start in having a few awards added to my photography profile and portfolio. :)

Wishing all of you a Happy New Year, may 2013 be a great year ahead. 

And my resolution for 2013 is to be able to participate and win several more awards and to advance my skills and knowledge in photography :)

I'm proud to annouce that I am 1 of the 3 Junior Shooting Home Participants was selected and interviewed by SPH journalist Nicholas Teo to write an article "Shoot what you love" on 1st Oct 2012 in the Straits Times of Singapore.

To my surprise, I found out that my photo was selected and featured by Jing Quek. It was published in BUZZ Magazine for Dec 2012 copy.
What Jing Quek said about the photo: "The image is cinematic, with the sun rays piercing through the sand adding a strong element of drama. The rich yellow brown tones of the image takes my imagination on a journey through this desert landscape"
